New workflows can be added using a step-though wizard without any programming or reliance upon consultants. Existing workflows can be used to create new ones copying stages, activities and financial defaults.

Letters and Documents

Letters and documents are generated by a mouse click either by selecting them individually or a batch of multiple-documents in a workflow stage. If further information is required in a document the appropriate input screen(s) will be opened to enable you to enter missing information.

The wizard enables you to easily edit existing templates or create new ones using a step-by-step guide.

Incoming documents can be added to the Matter History easily. Documents received by e-mail can be added to the matter with or without the original e-mail. Post can be scanned and saved in the matter history.

Text Messaging

Completely automated SMS text messages can be sent from workflows or on an ad-hoc basis. Matter information such as where the keys can be collected upon completion can be merged in the text. Message templates can be set up and included within workflows.

Reports

Reports provide the management team with the complete picture of how the conveyancing team is performing. Reports can be generated based upon fee earners or used to gain a greater understanding about the source of your transactions. The results can either be printed or exported to a spreadsheet.

SDLT

Seamless integration with HMRC to submit an SDLT return in less than two minutes. 75% of the information is pre-entred on the form leaving only the yes/no questions to answer. The certificate is returned and stored in the matter history automatically.

Integration

Our free of charge integration toolkit enables information stored within CASA to be shared with other applications used by the practice including legal accounts, practice management and other third party solutions such as panel managers and introducers. OSCRE compliant XML is generated for sharing.

Conveyancing Forms

CASA includes a comprehensive range of expandable conveyancing forms as well as enabling you to work with LaserForm and Oyez Forms. The CASA forms include many rules from the practice notes E.G. only allowing one option to be selected such as freehold or leasehold. Land Registry execution clauses are automatically added to forms with names being prefilled from stored information.
